- 4 Potato (medium; fried)
- 2 Tomato
- 1 tsp Garlic (minced)
- ¼ cup Cilantro (chopped; fresh)
- 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Table Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 Vegetable Oil (to taste)
- 1 Onion (diced)

In a skillet, add oil and sauté diced onions.

Add minced meat to the skillet and cook until browned.

Add the garlic, tomatoes, spices (paprika, black pepper), salt, and pre-fried potatoes.

Let it cook for ten minutes.
